I have an iPhone 7 plus through tmobile and they network locked it. If I get a code to unlock with you all can I continue to use it on tmobile or will it not work with them because it was locked by them?

If the device is just network locked (not blacklisted by T-Mobile) after unlocking it will still be usable with T-Mobile.
This is official unlocking procedure. Network unlocking your iPhone 7 Plus using our service is permanent and no functions of the device will be affected (including OTA updates).

If you already have the codes from your carrier, ordering again from us it will not solve the issue. You'll receive the same codes. We are a reseller for carrier/manufacturer services and for each IMEI it is a unique set of codes.
However please contact us via email@example.com with more details (IMEI/error received when you are using the codes received from Vodafone). We are happy to assist you unlock the device with the codes you have.
Bought last week a A5/2017 in Toronto. Now I am in Austria and next week in Malaysia. I cant use local Sim cards although I bought it as "unlocked" in a Samsung shop. What can I do?
1 people had same question.

Make sure that your phone is still network locked. If the phone was bought unlocked normally it should be unlocked.
If the device is asking for the network unlocking code when you insert an Austrian SIM card it means that is network locked. If this is the case you can order a code from us; depending on the carrier it can take a business day or a few until you receive it.
However I suggest you to contact the store from Toronto and ask them for assistance. They might be able to give you the code faster and for free.
We are happy to assist you if there is anything else we can do to.
