If the phones are asking for the network unlocking code when you insert a SIM of a different carrier it means that you can buy a code to unlock them.
Once unlocked it is possible to use the devices with any GSM carrier around the world. As Verizon is not a GSM carrier (it is CDMA) you'll not be able to use the devices with theri network. With T-Mobile, AT&T or any other GSM network everything will work just fine.
Hello! I bought gear s smart watch with a sim slot. It is from at&t. However i m unable to operate a sim card in it. I troed few sims from different companies here in Pakistan, but although it shows full signals, it does neither call or receive calls. On checking network operator, it says unexpected response.from network. So when i try to make call, it says emergency calls only.

Unfortunately we cannot do more to help you. I suggest you to contact your local carrier to ask for assistance. Also, it is a good idea to ask assistance from a Samsung service centre.

Finally (after more than a month since the service is totally offline) we are performing some tests with a network unlocking solution for the devices running the T-Mobile Device Unlock app. We are in Beta now and it should take some additional days until we have a stable solution (or not :( ).
A more precise ETA is not available but I do not expect to take very long until the service will restart.

It is not possible to unlock LG devices sold by Boostmobile (CDMA) using codes. These devices are not asking for the codes as GSM devices and there is no alternative procedure to apply a network unlocking code on CDMA Android phones.

Make sure that the carrier associated to the SIM is compatible with your device. If the device is a GSM one you'll have to use a GSM carrier (not CDMA).
Also, it is a good idea to verify if the IMEI is blacklisted for some reason.
I suggest you to contact the carrier associated to the SIM. They will give you specific details regarding the issue (including compatibility and blacklisting). Alternatively, you can contact our Support Team via firstname.lastname@example.org; make sure to provide the:- model, carrier which sold the device. IMEI and the name of the carrier you are trying to use.
