Unlocking codes are usually dispatched via email if not otherwise specified. Depending on your region and service we can support additional delivery options (e.g.. SMS).
In most of the cases the marketed EDT (Estimated Delivery Time) is applying. However in some cases (1%) it can take longer due of technical issues, anti-fraud verifications, delays on the providers etc.
Orders placed cannot be cancelled starting with the moment the order is submitted to us.

We reserve the right to ask for evidence to support the customers claim that the code did not work. Delivery times should only be used as an estimate and a refund does not apply to delays in delivery. We will always do our best to deliver the codes as soon as possible.
If your specific phone and desired network are not compatible and you still order an unlocking code you will NOT be eligible for a refund. There are situations when the handset is not hardware supporting a specific technology (eg. GSM phones are not supporting CDMA networks, older models not supporting new technologies as LTE, the handset is not supporting very specific frequencies on which the carrier is operating). Also there are situations when a carrier refuses to accept and activate your handset due to its policy limitations.
Before ordering please double-check that your phone is network locked inserting a SIM card of a different carrier. For most of the brands & models it is not technically possible to remotely check the network lock status before processing your order. Once the service is delivered due to supplier policy, if you find out that the handset is not network locked you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

In all situations we strongly encourage our customers to check with their future carriers if once unlocked the handset will be compatible.
To ask a refund, a customer must inform us of their failed unlock attempt within 48 hours of the unlock code receipt. We do not provide any refunds if the customer does not contact us within this time period.
The customer will not be eligible for a refund if is not wiling to follow any reasonable troubleshooting info provided by our support team (including but not limited to: update the software, factory reset, revert to stock firmware, un-rooting the phone, retry with another SIM card).

We do not provide refunds to those customers who do not follow the instructions provided. Also we do not refund any payments for reasons unrelated to our service (e.g. lost/stolen handset, defective handsets).
This policy does not affect your normal and existing legal rights. We do not accept liability beyond the remedies provided for in this limited warranty or for consequential or incidental damages, including, without limitation, any liability for third-party claims against you for damages, for products not being available for use, or for lost data or lost software. Our liability will be no more than the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of a claim. This is the maximum amount for which we are responsible.
